Once again our Inn will be featuring my good friend Pat Latch and her love of southwest cuisine on Saturday April 16th beginning at 4 p.m. This time we will be featuring chicken enchiladas, a tasty and Pat assures me an easy recipe…that she is well known for. Putting together guacamole in a new way, and a new spin on pico de gallo. Add in some liquid libation to wet your whistle, and you have the recipe for a fun way to learn. Space is limited and again the cost will be $35, this year each participant will have a goodie bag to take home with them to enjoy!
