Lindsay House - A Manawa, Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast

The Rodeo City Rider Inc., is an equine riding club based here in Manawa.  This club was instrumental in creating over 8 miles of equestrian trails at Hartman Creek State Park which is located just outside Waupaca, WI. The hardworking members designed, constructed, and still maintain these beautiful trails.  Over the years, the Rodeo  City Riders Inc. has donated over $10,000 to equine affiliated organizations such as therapeutic riding academies, county 4-H clubs, and horse rescue farms. A $500 scholarship will be awarded to a Waupaca County graduating Senior, this year. To create further funding for these worthwhile projects they have published a cookbook aptly named Rodeo City Rider Cookbook we are pleased to have these for sale here at Lindsay House Bed & Breakfast.  As a home cook these are my favorite types of cookbooks, as you are getting these recipes from home cooks just like us.  The cost of these cookbooks is $8 or 3 cookbooks for $21.  A real bargain and a real chance to continue to effect change in our Community and County.
